Our Registered Business
Utility Birch Core Co., Ltd. is the official registered business name under which we operate. We were established in 2019 in Changwon, Gyeongsangnam-do, South Korea.
How We Started
Our founder spent several filing seasons helping family members organize hardware wallet records for their accountants. The same problem appeared repeatedly: holders had years of self-custody activity but no document their preparer could use without hours of manual reconstruction.
Utility Birch Core was founded to solve that specific gap. We do not manage wallets, hold assets, or provide investment guidance. We prepare documents — structured ledgers, holding statements, and cost-basis worksheets — from the records clients already possess.
Our Team
Four document specialists work from our Changwon office. Two focus on ledger preparation and reconciliation. One handles client intake and record verification. One manages quality review before final delivery. All team members have backgrounds in accounting support, financial document preparation, or records management.
Working Approach
We treat every wallet as a distinct filing case. Before drafting, we review the records you provide and identify gaps — missing dates, unlabeled transfers, or exchange records that do not match on-chain activity. We note these gaps explicitly in the final pack rather than filling them with assumptions.
Our documents follow the formatting conventions used by Korean tax preparers and are also compatible with international filing requirements when clients work with overseas accountants.
