1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Utility Birch Core website at utilitybirchcore.click or engaging our document preparation services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and our services.
2. Services Description
Utility Birch Core Co., Ltd. provides document preparation services for offline wallet holders. Our services include cold wallet summary packs, multi-wallet reconciliation documents, and annual holding statements. We prepare records from materials you provide; we do not manage wallets, hold assets, or execute transactions on your behalf.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, layout, document templates, and branding — is owned by Utility Birch Core Co., Ltd. Summary packs prepared for you become your property upon final payment. You may share them with your accountant, attorney, or tax authority as needed.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content or document templates without written permission.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the records you submit. You must not provide seed phrases, private keys, or wallet access credentials. You must not submit records belonging to third parties without their authorization.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our services produce documents based on the records you supply. We do not verify on-chain activity independently unless specifically agreed in writing. We are not liable for filing outcomes, tax assessments, audit results, or financial losses arising from incomplete source records, incorrect information you provided, or decisions made by your accountant or tax authority.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific pack in question.
6. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued after draft approval and before final delivery. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date via bank transfer. Work on final delivery begins after payment is received.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel before draft delivery for a full refund of any deposit paid. After draft delivery, cancellation terms are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Changwon, Gyeongsangnam-do, South Korea.
9. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
